Also, Wario’s Woods
Wii Sports is making a [debatable] triumphant return today on the Wii U, with a rather odd pricing scheme. After a 24 hour trial period, for $1.99 you can buy a “day pass” or buy individual sports for $9.99. New features include online play, Miiverse functionality, and improved MotionPlus support. Right now, you can only buy Tennis or Bowling for $9.99 each. Mmmhmmm. You can also pick up Toki Tori HD for $3.99 ($1.99 until December 6th), and Wario’s Woods on the Wii U Virtual Console.
On the 3DS side, you’re getting KORG M01D, 4 Elements, Secret Agent Files: Miami, My Baby Pet Hotel 3D, Crazy Chicken: Director’s Cut 3D (haha, what?), Wario’s Woods (again), and Luxor. Kid Icarus: Uprising is also getting a digital release, Code of Princess is on sale for $19.99 until November 18th, and Etrian Odyssey IV is on sale for $29.99 (also until November 18th).
If you missed last week’s installment, here it is.
As for what I’m getting, I’ll be trying out the free initial trial for Wii Sports Club, but I don’t expect it to keep my interest for very long. Wario’s Woods on the other hand deserves a double dip.
