Don’t get me wrong, I’m far from immune to the charms of Super Smash Bros. and seem to always get giddy when booting up the latest title for the first time, but the lead up to each new installment is where it’s really at for me. Remember Smash Bros. DOJO!!? Those were the good times.

Nintendo has been updating its official site for the upcoming 3DS and Wii U game with daily images that are often overflowing with personality and put most other promotional materials to shame. Today’s screenshot from director Masahiro Sakurai was too good to resist sharing.

With many months of development time ahead of the Smash Bros. team, it’s never too late to make checking in part of your daily routine. You’re so not ready for the Wii Fit Trainer’s poses.
