At the mention of new projects by certain developers, do you squirm and touch yourself? Yeah, me too. Gamasutra satisfies the itch with their top 20 Developers list, via Game Developer. There were a lot of tidbits in here I didn’t know that stroked my nerd glands big time. Nintendo founded in 1933 (SIXTY years before Sony?) Sega founded in 1952? This is good sh*t to know, especially to expand your mental geekcyclopedia. Want to know how it really works? The method to the madness is here, with details on everything from game review percentages to producer feedback. EA is still sitting pretty on top, with Nintendo a close second. This year will surely shake this list up big time, considering the new consoles the developers have to work with. At any rate, it’s great to see them all going strong.
