When I was a boy, my father would drink heavily until he could barely see and he would sit on the wood pile out back where he would think of a good reason to beat me with his belt until he was sure that I would grow up strong. then he’d pass out on the La-Z-Boy in front of a three year old re-run of M.A.S.H. (usually the one where Clinger dressed up as a woman … you know the one). What does that have to do with Alien Crush and Dungeon Explorer? Absolutely nothing, I just still hurt inside every time I hear the M.A.S.H. theme song or see a pretty pair of red pumps, is all. Is it so wrong to want a little sensitivity?
Moving right along, Dan from Bits, Bytes, Pixels and Sprites sent a tip in to the bright red Destructophone about some detective work that one of his cohorts over at BBPS conducted that uncovered some very interesting information about two highly requested games from Hudson’s library. After using a complex series of algorithms and a staff designed to focus a beam of light on a pyramid (not unlike the one from that Indiana Jones movie), jimmycanuck found that Hudson has pages set up on their site for both Alien Crush and Dungeon Explorer and their imminent Virtual Console releases. Sadly, no release dates were included on these pages, but it almost cements the fact that you will see them on the Wii in a short time.
