12 best FFXIV merchandise for lovers of Eorzea

Final Fantasy XIV is one of those games that drags you into the setting and leaves you simply wanting more. Thankfully, there are a lot of different merchandise items that can bring that love of Eorzea into the real world. 

If you, or someone you love, is an Eorzeaphile, there are a lot of incredible gift options out there. The holidays are fast approaching, and if you’re looking for the perfect Final Fantasy XIV-themed gift, I’ve got you covered. 

For the purposes of this list, I’m only going to include official merchandise that can either be sourced directly from the Square Enix store, or through Aitai Kuji, who imports official merchandise from Asian countries. 

Azem’s Crystal keychain

Any FFXIV player will tell you that Azem’s Crystal is incredibly important to them. The WoL is the reincarnation of Azem, and during Shadowbringers, it was discovered that Ardbert was the same on the First. It’s for this reason that the WoL was the only person who could see him. It’s oddly soothing to carry this connection to FFXIV with you wherever you go, and will be a touching gift for any player. 

Azem’s Arcane Circle wireless charging pad

If you have a device that is capable of being charged wirelessly, then you’ll appreciate this wireless charging pad. There are three volumes, each covering details from separate expansions, and the images inside are completely breathtaking. 

Unbreakable Bonds Silver Pendant

For anyone who has paid close attention to Naoki Yoshida over the years, this pendant will be very familiar, as he wears it almost religiously. It will also be familiar to anyone who has gone through the heartbreak that is the death of Haurchefant during Heavensward. According to the description on the Square Enix store, this pendant represents the fact that “though a shield may break, the bonds of friendship can never be broken”. 

Namazu Coin Bank

Does the Eorzeaphile in your life constantly have coins in their pockets or littering the surfaces of the house? If so, there’s no better way to gather these coins together and save up for something special than depositing them all into this Namazu Coin Bank. It originally debuted at the Japanese Fan Festival back in 2019, but now it’s available for all through the Square Enix store. 

FFXIV Taito Prizes

Final Fantasy XIV often has promotional events with Taito, an arcade game company exclusive to Japan. There’s everything up for grabs from plushies, to Job-specific light-up Mouses, and everything in between. Unfortunately, these can be quite hard to get if you’re not in Japan, but Aitai Kuji offers them for a relatively low price. 

Moogle Sweater

If you’re looking to import something that you regularly wouldn’t be able to get, then this Moogle Sweater is definitely worth the effort. Usually exclusive to China, the blue and white color scheme is adorable, and you will definitely be warm and cozy if you put this sweater on. Bear in mind that the sizes are based on Chinese standards, so you might want to take some measurements to clarify what size you need. 

FFXIV Cookbook

There are a lot of delicious-looking meals in Final Fantasy XIV, and the FFXIV Cookbook allows you to take them out of the game and put them on the table to enjoy. With beautiful photos of the dishes that are sure to make you hungry, and clear instructions that are easy to follow, there’s nothing in this cookbook that can’t be made. I pull mine out at least once a week, and you probably will too. 

Silkie Desk Cleaner

This is possibly the most random thing on this list, but it might also be the most useful. If you’re sick of dust between the keys on your keyboard, this Silkie Desk Cleaner is a godsend, and I use mine at least twice a week to dust off the keys. The tail is detachable to allow for easy cleaning, and the tail poof is super soft. When it’s not being used to clean, the Silkie looks adorable as an ornament on the shelf.
