Epic Games and ChAIR’s swordfighting-centric action-RPG, previously known as Project Sword, is hitting iPhone and iPad later this holiday season as Infinity Blade.
You might remember it as the visually impressive Unreal Engine 3 game that was shown at a fairly recent Apple event and also on those TV commercials. Some new details have come out today, including the aforementioned release window.
No price yet, but we do know that free add-on content is going to be released post-launch, like a multiplayer mode that’s hooked into Game Center. It was also revealed that Infinity Blade‘s final fight is against someone or something called the “God-King.” Pat yourself on the back, person who came up with that name.
