Prinny 2 adds a difficulty setting for all the crybabies

We were just sent over the package art for Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties Dood! and you can see it in all its glory in the gallery. But the other bit of information we were told is that folks who found the original Prinny to be too difficult will have it easier this time around. NIS has heard the bleating and moaning over how hard Prinny was (and, to be fair, it’s pretty goddamn hard) and is implementing a “Baby” difficulty mode for the sequel.

I’m not ashamed to admit that I will probably be playing Prinny 2 on this setting. At least at first. I’m sure I’ll get bored and start over halfway through on Normal so that I can then not make it as far in the game before becoming frustrated and quitting. A good sequel should recreate the experience of the original, after all.

Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties Dood! is releasing in January 2011.
