After the recent Jade Shadows update, the new weapon is all yours for the taking. So, here’s the rundown on how to get the Cantare throwing blades in Warframe — including the best ways to farm.

How to get the Cantare in Warframe

To get the Cantare, you need to farm the new Brutus mission on Uranus. Here, you’ll earn Vestigial Motes, and trade with Ordis on the Larunda Relay on Mercury. You need to accumulate 300 units to buy Jade’s signature throwing knives.

It will take some time until you have enough to buy it. However, with each run of this mission, you have a 5% chance of getting the blueprint. It’s not the most reliable, but your chances significantly increase the more you play it.

In any case, as you farm this mission, try running it optimally, as in not letting the objective get destroyed and having the elevator stall for long. If done well, you can get this mission done in 8-10 minutes, streamlining the farming process.

Best way to farm the Cantare in Warframe’s Jade Shadows update

While you can farm the Cantare by repeating the new Ascension mission on Uranus, it’s best to play it on Steel Path. You just get more resources by playing it on that difficulty. It’s definitely tougher, but doable with a solid endgame build and with more people (preferably in a public lobby).

As you play through the mission, the drop chances of getting the weapon are still the same in the normal mode. The only difference is that you sacrifice difficulty for fewer runs, so you won’t burn out as fast.

Besides, once you hit around 300 Vestigial Motes, you may have acquired a few of Jade’s parts or even the weapons. Since you have two sources of getting this weapon, the farming method will go a lot quicker regardless.
