Upon completion of the Helping Hand task for Handshake in Gray Zone Warfare, you can take his sixth task: Radio Silence. For the Radio Silence task, you will need to find an isolated house where the criminals of the local town have set up some radio equipment and neutralize it. Here is how to complete the Radio Silence task in Gray Zone Warfare and where you can find the radio equipment to neutralize.
Where to find and neutralize the equipment
To complete the Radio Silence task in Gray Zone Warfare, you need to find a building in your local town that has a radio antenna and satellite dish on top. It’s a two-story building in all three towns and is surrounded by a stone wall which has several enemies protecting it. Take out the enemies then head inside the building and up to the second floor. Here is where you can find the building with the radio equipment for each faction:
- Mithras Security Systems – 171, 116 in the town of Nam Thaven
- Crimson Shield International – 140, 164 in the town of Kiu Vongsa
- Lamang Recovery Initiative – 203, 164 in the town of Pha Lang
How to complete the Radio Silence task
Once inside the building and on the second floor, you should see a laptop alongside some technological equipment on the desk, which should have a big circular green light like in the screenshot above. This is the radio equipment you are looking for. Hold the ‘F’ key to sabotage and therefore neutralize the radio equipment which will complete the required objectives for the Radio Silence task!
Head to the nearest LZ and extract back to base camp, then bring up your UI by pressing the Tab key. CLick the Vendors tab, then Handshake, then tasks, and you should see that the Radio Silence task is ready to complete. Click the yellow Complete button in the bottom right and Handshake will hand over some handy rewards:
