Yep, loads of information has just come out about mario kart wii from nintencast.com.
Here's the low-down on the news:

- D.K’s snowboard Cross is a half pipe sort of track. You’ll be able to drive up the side of them and pull off awesome tricks in the air.

- Miis will be spectators in the background.

- Luigi’s circuit is still a simple track.

- Koopa Troopa will be a playable character.

- Coconuts Mall has players driving around a huge mall with multiple routes.

- D.K has a new go-kart.

- Names hover over players during online play.

- Motor bikes will be able to be used online.

Ok, so this is a new thing that i'm going to start that shows my favourite video game and non video game related videos that i've found this week from youtube and mabye other sites.

I'll start off with one from burnout paradise. This is one of my favourite games at the moment and the online multiplayer is great.
Check out this video of a guy doing an accidental flat spin in the demo for the game.
If you don't want to see him filling up for gas you can skip to about 39 seconds to see the flat spin.


Ok next from devil may cry 4 is a guy beating berial into a pulp as dante without taking a single bit of damage. (btw i don't know why he gave it such a gay name)

OK, time for some artwork... and something video-game related.

This is a picture I drew over the weekend of Blanka, my favourite character from the Street Fighter games. I remember playing Street Fighter II turbo all the time with my sister on the snes when I was younger and I always kicked her ass as Blanka (no matter what she says hehe). Street Fighter IV is looking amazing and SFII HD remix for xbox live is too... although the news about that game has slowed down a lot recently which is kind of worrying...

Anyway, Smash Bros Brawl will eat both those games for breakfast and that's definitely coming out (and already is out in japan) so it's all good!

Okay let's kick things off!

I've been a fan of disney and pixar movies since before I can remember and they're posibly what got me interested (along with looney tunes) in animation and art. I've just watched the credits roll on disney pixar's newest movie, Ratatouille and in my opinion, it's a masterpiece. The story is as engrossing, inspiring and as downright lovable as any children's book that I read when I was younger, The characters all have unique personalities and characteristics and the whole style of the film, the animation, the rich colours and the immense detail are all incredible!

Ratatouille has to be one of my favourite films of 2007 and I can't wait to see what disney and pixar have to offer us next
