What's up? In case you haven't found out yet, I'm Brandon. I'm a new member of DToid and this is my first blog post.
I'd like to brush on a topic which I'm sure countless others are just now beginning to realize, along with myself. The advancement of gaming consoles is becoming ridiculous. They keep becoming more and more expensive, and while I have to admit the new upgrades are awesome, they are just TOO EXPENSIVE. Whatever happened to games in the good ol' days where games were cheaper (by the time you buy three for a new console nowadays you've already paid for your system over again)? It seems like these manufacturers keep pumping out new, upgraded, and more expensive hardware, and are more concerned with money than actual customer satisfaction. It is obvious that they are just trying to make advancements before the next guy can to make more money. In my opinion, quality games and consoles are not worth sacrificing for unstable "upgrades" and low-quality gameplay for better graphics. I think I'll just stick with the PC. At least it has more variety and more common ground when it comes to games and stable platforms.
