Hi there! Since this is my first blog in DToid i thought i would do a bit of an introduction.

My actual name is Alex

I am currently located in Toronto

My first memory of gaming was when my father and I played Age of Empires together when i was seven. He convinced me that my civilization would be glorious and prosperous and live in harmony with the other nations. Needless to say, my "glorious" and peaceful stone age civilization was utterly raped by a marauding group of Assyrian bronze age cavalry. I wouldn't touch the game for half a year.


Pretty much what happened..

Systems i have owned include: Game Boy Pocket Colour, N64, PS2, PSP (sigh), and of course a PC.

My favourite games in no particular order include Age of Empires I, Pokemon Red, Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun, Total Annihilation, Zelda: OOT, Excitebike 64, Wane Gretzky's 3D Hockey and more ill add later.


Too Awesome

I have a chronic inability to finish nearly every game I begin. I still have not completed, MGS 2, Yakuza 2, Goldeneye, Mercenaries, Oblivion, Morrowind, Gran Turismo 3, GTA 3, and so on. TV shows also. I still havent finished Rome or Battlestar. I dunno, maybe its glandular.

I have been a long time lurker of this site, at least a year, and i really really like the site. I look forward to contributing more to this fantastic site.
