All Wuthering Waves pre-registration rewards and how to sign up for them

Get a head start.

The launch of Wuthering Waves is right around the corner. To get you prepped, Kuro Games is providing rewards to players who pre-register for their new Gacha RPG. It’s a pretty good haul, and it’s not hard to get in on it.

The rewards for pre-registration are based on how many players pre-register. This is largely outside your control, but you can pre-register to help contribute. Each milestone that gets passed unlocks an additional reward for signing up. They are:

  • 5 million – Shell Credit x80,000
  • 10 million – Advanced Resonance Potion x10
  • 15 million – Astrite x200
  • 20 million – Sigil: En Route x1
  • 30 million – Lustrous Tide x20

On top of these was another milestone, which was to reach 5 million followers on various social media platforms. This goal has already been met, which means you can get a Rangers’ Series Weapon of Choice (x1) as part of your pre-registration.

As of writing, only that last goal (30 million pre-registers) has yet to be unlocked. It sits at 27,000,000 players registered. 3 million is a lot of people still needing to sign up, but if you haven’t already, you can contribute to reaching the final goal.

Even if the goal isn’t reached, you can still get everything from the previous milestones.

How to pre-register for Wuthering Waves

I hope you like paperwork because this is how you sign up for Wuthering Waves. Simply go to the game’s main webpage and you’ll see a “Pre-Register” link at the bottom of the screen. If you don’t have one already (and if you’re reading this, you probably don’t), you need to create a Kuro Games account. Click register now at the bottom of the Pre-Register window.

Enter your email and then click “Get a Verification.” You’ll get a screen that asks you to prove you aren’t a robot (a Captcha).

Strangely, I got one that had me identify three pictures of cows amongst… pictures of syringes? And I was 96% faster than average. I just… This is the internet we live in.

Anyway, once you have proven your humanity, it will send a verification code to the email you entered. Copy that into the box, then choose a password. Submit, and that’s that part done.

Now, go back to the pre-registration window. Input your email address and password and submit. That’s it, that’s pre-registration done.

How to obtain the Wuthering Waves pre-registration rewards

Now is the easy part. The rewards you just signed up for should be delivered to you via the in-game mail system. That means, when the Wuthering Waves is released, you first need to download and sign into the game via the Kuro Games account we just set up.

Once you’ve logged in, the rewards should be delivered directly to the mail system within the game. You should be able to claim them from there.

The release date of Wuthering Waves isn’t crystal clear. It’s listed some places as May 22 and others as May 23, 2024. Chances are that this will be clarified somewhere closer to those dates.
